Two trades, one truck, and the calendar decides which one is on the hitch. From April to October Ideal Lawn & Landscape runs mowers and landscape gear up and down Northland Drive and the roads that branch off it, cutting, trimming and keeping beds in shape. Come December the trailer comes off and the plow goes on, and the same driveways get cleared instead of mowed. Knowing a property in summer is a real advantage in winter — you know where the culvert is, where the pavement ends, where the pile can go without burying the mailbox. Year-round, it's the same handful of streets and the same eye on them.
