About Hundich Landscape Services Inc.

Before it was Rochester Hills this was Avon Township, and the soil remembers it — heavy glacial clay under old orchard ground, slow to drain in April and hard as a road by August. Hundich Landscape Services Inc. works with that ground rather than against it, mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning up through the green months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the same clay freezes solid. Knowing which yards hold water and which drives drift first is knowledge you only get by covering the same streets for a full turn of the year. The reward is a property that looks looked-after in every light. That is the whole of the trade, in both seasons.
