About U.P. Brushwackers LLC

Iron built Republic, and the hills along the Michigamme River still keep the memory of the old mines in western Marquette County. U.P. Brushwackers keeps lawns here in hand, mowing, trimming and cutting back the overgrowth the north woods always send creeping toward the yard. Summer light comes late and golden over the river, and on a still evening the smell of fresh-cut grass drifts down to the water. Every yard left behind is a clearing won back from the wild, the edges sharp and the grass even all the way to the treeline.
