Xtreme Lawn Care

About Xtreme Lawn Care

The ground under Prudenville is old glacial sand, jack pine and scrub oak country that drains fast and bakes brown by mid-July if nobody is paying attention. Xtreme Lawn Care pays attention, setting mowing heights high enough to shade the roots, trimming around the pines and two-track drives, and clearing the needles and leaves out twice a year so the turf can breathe. Late afternoon is the working hour here, when the heat lets go and the yards along the back roads turn that deep green that sandy soil only gives up if it is managed. Properties out this way sit spread out among the trees, so getting the borders right — a defined edge where lawn stops and forest floor begins — is what makes a place look kept instead of merely cut. Roscommon County rewards patience, and this is patient work.
