About Grand Lake Landscaping & Tree Service

Grand Lake lies just inland from the limestone shore of Presque Isle Township, close enough that a summer afternoon carries both the lake breeze and the smell of cedar off the swamps behind it. Grand Lake Landscaping & Tree Service tends the yards along that water and the drives that run out toward the old lighthouse and the tall one that watches the point, mowing, trimming, edging and shaping the plantings that have to live on thin soil over rock. Growing anything here is a negotiation with limestone and wind, and the answer is attention: the right cut height, beds kept clean, borders held crisp where lawn meets shoreline scrub. The best afternoons end with a mowed slope running down toward blue water and not a clipping left on the dock path. It is a striking piece of coast, and the work is meant to match it.
