About Apex Outdoor Solutions

Lake Michigan sits thirty-odd miles west, close enough that winter here arrives in bands rather than storms — a clear hour, then a wall of white coming across the fields. Apex Outdoor Solutions is out in it before the lights come on at Texas Corners, opening driveways while the plow beams are still the brightest thing on the road. Come summer the same trucks trade blades for mowers, and the work turns to keeping the green even from the first flush of May to the last slow cut of October. There is a plain satisfaction in both halves: a lot cleared wide enough to turn a car around in, a lawn edged so the driveway looks wider than it is. Snow plowing and clearing in the cold months, mowing, trimming and cleanups the rest of the year, throughout Texas Township.
