About D&A Maintenance LLC

South of downtown the river widens and the July heat sits heavy over the lawns that run down toward the water, hazy by noon and loud with cicadas. D&A Maintenance LLC keeps those properties mown through the thick of it — blades sharp, height set for the heat, trimmer work around posts and beds and the awkward slope near the seawall. Edging gives the whole thing its outline, the crisp line where turf stops and pavement begins. Cleanups follow the wind and the season, hauling off what collects in the corners of a yard. Steady mowing through a Michigan summer is unglamorous and it is exactly what makes a place look tended.
