Advanced Landworx

About Advanced Landworx

Plainwell sits inside its own water: the Kalamazoo River splits above town and closes back around it, which is how a place comes to be called the Island City. Advanced Landworx works both halves of the year here — plow and shovel when the millrace runs dark under ice, mower and trimmer when the banks come up green. There is a plain satisfaction in a driveway cleared while the streetlights are still burning, pavement showing black and ready before anyone has to be anywhere. Come July the same properties get their edges cut clean along the walk, a line your eye can follow the length of the yard. Snow removal and lawn care, kept on Plainwell's schedule and the river's.
