About Theakston Landscape

Once a storm clears, a January night in Plainfield Charter Township goes strangely bright — moon on new snow, the hills toward Belmont blue and silent, every drift rimmed in shadow. Theakston Landscape works those hours, plowing drives and lots, clearing walkways, and treating ice where it forms along shaded curbs and north-facing steps. The township's rolling ground makes snow uneven, stripping one slope bare and piling the next one deep, and the plow has to read it the same way. Stacking the piles where they will not block a sight line or melt back across the pavement is a small art of its own. Come morning the only evidence of the night is a clear black driveway.
