About MJ's Property Services LLC

October in Plainfield Charter Township is a countdown: maples let go along the side streets, the light thins out by five, and everyone knows what follows. MJ's Property Services LLC spends that stretch on leaf cleanup, final mowing, edging and trimming, then switches to plowing, clearing walks and spreading salt once the first real storm shows up. Property care out here is year-round bookkeeping of a physical kind — the turf, the beds, the walkways, the parking lot, each attended to in its own month. A cleared walk at six in the morning is a small thing that changes somebody's entire day. That is most of the job, and most of the reason to do it carefully.
