About PLATINUM Property Services LLC

October in Pinckney is the hinge of the whole year: the Lakelands Trail fills with leaves, the lake wind picks up an edge, and every property owner starts thinking about two seasons at once. PLATINUM Property Services LLC keeps both of them covered — lawn care from the first green push in April through the last cut of fall, snow removal from the first hard squall to the March melt. One month it is mowing, trimming and edging; the next it is plowing, shoveling and salting, on the very same roads. Village lots off Main Street and long drives out toward the lakes each want a different approach, and knowing which is which is most of the job. Whatever the month, the idea holds: a place that is easy to walk up to and easy to pull into.
