About Odds n Ends Services

October in Palmyra smells like cut stalks and cold rain, and the maples along the county roads let go all at once. Odds n Ends Services is out in it — mowing while the grass still grows, raking and hauling leaves, edging walks, putting beds to rest before the ground hardens. Through the green months it is the steady rhythm of the weekly cut and the trimmer run along fence lines the deck cannot reach. A yard handled this way does not announce itself; it just looks right every time you pull in. That is the point, and it is enough.
