About Hev's Hauling LLC

Three in the morning, and Oxford goes quiet the way a gravel town does — the pits sleeping under snow, M-24 nothing but one set of taillights headed for Lapeer. Hev's Hauling LLC is awake for that hour, plowing lots and drives, stacking the banks back off the corners, then hauling the piles away when a lot has run out of room to keep them. Salt goes down where trucks turn and where people cross on foot. There is real pride in arriving before the shop lights do and leaving behind nothing but clean asphalt and a tidy pile at the far edge. By the time coffee is going somewhere on Washington Street, the route is finished.
