About Up North Trash Bandits LLC

Five in the morning in January and the sky over Nunda Township is nothing but stars and cold; for a mile in any direction the only sound is a plow. Up North Trash Bandits LLC runs the winter route at that hour — driveways pushed open, parking areas squared off at the corners, walkways shoveled, de-icer on the landing and on the slick patch at the end of the drive. It is unglamorous work done in the dark, and it is the reason everyone else's day starts on time. By the time the sun clears the treeline the trucks are heading back toward the main road with every stop behind them clean.
