About North Wind Property Management LLC

When the wind swings around to the north, Nunda Township knows what is coming: a gray band over the treetops, then two hours of snow that erases the road entirely. North Wind Property Management LLC plows through the whole of it — drives, lots, turnarounds, walkways shoveled and salted, then back around again when the second band comes through. Plenty of these properties sit empty for weeks at a stretch, and the point is that they never look empty; a cleared drive says somebody is minding the place. The satisfaction is the route sheet at the end of the night with every stop crossed off before daylight. Then the sky clears, the cold deepens, and it all starts again.
