About Model Landscapes, LLC

Johnson Creek runs cold and clear through Northville Township even in April, and the green comes up along its banks before it shows anywhere else. Model Landscapes, LLC starts the season about then — mowing as the turf wakes, trimming close around posts and downspouts, cutting bed edges back to a line you could measure. The whole trade lives in that line, the clean seam where mulch stops and lawn begins. The same care goes into winter: a plowed driveway with square corners, walks cleared to the door, salt laid where it actually does something. Nothing showy about it, just a property that looks looked-after.
