About Stratton Home Improvement & Repair

The North Branch of the Flint River runs through the middle of this town, and the country around it lies open enough that a west wind can move yesterday's snow across a road all day. That drifting is what makes plowing here a matter of going back, not just going out once — we clear a drive, then look at it again after the wind has had its say. Walks, steps and the path to the mailbox get shoveled and treated so nothing turns to glass overnight. Where the road plow has thrown a ridge across the end of a drive, that comes out too; it is the part people dread most. Lapeer County mornings start early, and we like getting folks out of their own driveways before the school buses come through.
