About Salzman Services LLC

West toward Buchanan the land begins to roll, and the little valleys hold cold air, frost and drifted snow long after the open ground has cleared. Salzman Services LLC works Niles Township in both weathers — clearing drives, walks and lots with plow and shovel and putting salt where the ice sets up, then mowing, trimming and edging through the growing season. Hill lots ask more of you in every month of the year: a slope that mows awkwardly in July is the same slope that glazes over in January. Doing it right means going slow in the places nobody notices. The reward comes at the end, in a property that looks handled — grass even, pavement bare, edges clean.
