Leaf-Les Lawncare

About Leaf-Les Lawncare

By the middle of October the maples along the river turn all at once, and a week later every one of them is lying in somebody's yard. Leaf-Les Lawncare works that season and the ones on either side of it — mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf and debris cleanup that takes a lawn back down to green before the cold sets in. Turf left buried under wet leaves through a Michigan winter comes out matted and pale in April; cleared ground comes out ready. So the rake and the blower matter here as much as the mower does. There is a real pleasure in that last fall pass, the yard stripped clean, the edges sharp, the whole property put to bed.
