About Gose Groundskeeping

The soil across much of this township runs sandy and light, which means it drains fast and dries faster, and an August lawn out here will tell on you inside of a week. Gose Groundskeeping reads that ground and works with it — mowing, edging, trimming, and the seasonal cleanups that keep a property looking tended from spring right through the last warm days. Cut a little higher in the heat, let the roots reach deeper, keep the blades sharp so the tips do not brown: small choices, added up over a summer, are the difference between a mowed yard and a lawn. Late-afternoon light in this corner of Michigan has a way of flattering good work, throwing the mowing lines into relief. That is the moment the job is done.
