May Lawn Care LLC

About May Lawn Care LLC

In Newberry the lawns wake late, with snow lingering in the cedar shade deep into spring, so a lawn business called May sits well with the Upper Peninsula calendar. May Lawn Care LLC gets to work once the grass finally greens in this Luce County town, keeping yards cut and trimmed through a short, bright summer that makes up for lost time. All around, the tamarack swamps and forests of Tahquamenon country press close, and Newberry proudly calls itself the Moose Capital of Michigan. In June the sun lingers until nearly ten at night, long enough for the smell of cut grass to hang in the cool northern air. Every mow counts in a growing season this brief, and each tidy lawn is a small celebration at the edge of the north woods.
