About Zanadoo Property Management LLC

A lot that has to be open at six is really a job that starts at two — that's the arithmetic of a New Baltimore winter, where a squall off Anchor Bay can lay down four inches while the town sleeps. Zanadoo Property Management LLC works that window, stacking snow off parking areas and drives, shoveling entries and steps clear to the surface, salting the shaded corners where refreeze always finds a way. There's a plain kind of pride in pulling out at dawn and seeing black pavement behind you and nobody the wiser. Lake wind reshapes drifts all night, so the good crews come back and check. Snow removal for New Baltimore and the surrounding communities.
