Sunrise reaches the red light at the end of the Muskegon pier before it reaches the rest of the city — a small daily revelation, if you happen to be up for it. Revelation Lawn and Snow tends to be up for it. Winter means plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walks and laying salt while the channel steams in the cold; summer means mowing, trimming and edging on the weekly round.
