About Stone Edge Landscaping LLC

Monterey Township rolls a little where most of Allegan County lies flat — orchard rows on the rises, the state game area's oaks dark along the west, the Kalamazoo River pulling everything south. Stone Edge Landscaping LLC works the mowing season here from the first April cut, when the ground is still soft and the machine has to be walked lightly, to the last pass in October. Lawns get cut, trimmed around every post and stone, and edged so the drive keeps a true line; beds get opened in spring and put down in fall. In between runs the ordinary weekly rhythm of a Michigan summer — mow, blow the clippings off the walk, close the gate behind you. Neighbors out here can tell the day of the week by which yard looks right again.
