About R and L PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LLC.

Out on the west side, off Custer Road, the week has a shape to it, and the sound of mowers is part of how Monroe keeps time. R and L PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LLC. runs a route — the same yards on the same day, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing the clippings — so nothing ever gets ahead of itself. Grass here can put on an inch in one hot wet week, and the answer to that is showing up rather than catching up. Properties held to a rhythm look calm; properties left alone start to look like a project. The pleasure is in the routine, and in a whole street that stays even all summer long.
