Amnick Lawn Service

About Amnick Lawn Service

Early June along Plum Creek, the grass comes up thick and the dew hangs on it until the sun finally clears the treeline. That is when Amnick Lawn Service is already out, wheels leaving a dark track through the wet and the smell of cut grass rising behind. Mowing, trimming, edging — plain work done attentively, until a yard reads as one unbroken sweep of green from the porch to the back fence. A Monroe lawn asks for steady attention from the first warm week to the last, and it gets it. There is a particular pleasure in shutting the engine off at the end and seeing every line running true.
