About Palmer Property Services

The old rail bed runs straight through Middleville as a trail now, and on a warm Saturday it carries bikes and strollers past yards that everyone gets a good long look at. Palmer Property Services keeps those lawns looking the part — mowed on schedule, edged along the walk, trimmed close where the fence meets the grass. A tidy yard is a small public gift in a village this size, and the crispness of a finished edge is the tell that someone actually cared. Work runs from the first push of spring growth right through the slow, dry weeks of late August when a lawn needs a lighter hand. Lawn mowing, trimming and seasonal maintenance for properties in and around Middleville.
