A January night in Metamora is mostly wind — open pasture on both sides, snow traveling sideways, a drift rebuilding across a driveway an hour after it was cleared. Locke's Landscaping LLC runs those hours with the plow down, walks shoveled, salt laid, and a second trip when the drift comes back.
