About Cleveland Property Management LLC

The St. Joseph River takes its slow, unhurried bend past Mendon, and the land around it lies open — seed corn to the horizon, section roads running arrow-straight to the next line of trees. Cleveland Property Management LLC keeps the lawns along those roads mown and edged through the long green stretch of a St. Joseph County summer, when the grass comes on faster than anyone plans for. Then the year turns, the fields go stubbled and grey, and the same trucks come out with plows for drives, walks and lots. There is a particular satisfaction in a driveway opened before the bus rolls through the village, and in a lawn whose edge follows the walk like a drawn line. Mendon is a small place, and it notices such things.
