About Turf Doctor

April in this corner of Wayne County is a diagnosis: matted grass, gray thatch, and the first tentative green underneath all of it. Turf Doctor reads Melvindale lawns and then works them — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups through the growing months, and plowing, shoveling and salting once the ground has gone hard. Front yards and tree lawns on these blocks are small, which means nothing hides; a missed strip shows from the sidewalk. So the passes stay even and the edges stay crisp, and by June the whole street reads as one continuous green. Come January the same trucks return to the same driveways, and the standard does not change.
