A July afternoon in Marshall smells like cut grass and hot pavement, and somewhere near Ketchum Park a mower is making its second-to-last pass. Craig's Mowing keeps lawns on a steady cut, mowing at a height the grass can stand in the heat, trimming the corners a deck cannot reach, edging along drives and sidewalks, and cleaning up afterward. Grass moves fast here in June, sulks in August, then comes roaring back with the September rains, so the schedule bends to what the lawn is actually doing.
