A neighborhood like the one along Fair Avenue keeps a person busy all twelve months, and Toms Services takes it as it comes. In the green months that means mowing, trimming, edging and hauling off the clippings; in the white months it means plowing the drive, shoveling the walk and putting sand where the bottom step meets the ice.
