About Starville Landscape Co

Marine City wakes to the St. Clair River — freighters sliding down the channel, the Ontario shore right there across the water, and in January a wind off it that stiffens everything it touches. Starville Landscape Co plows and clears through that weather: driveways opened, the sidewalks along the old river streets shoveled down to concrete, salt worked into the places where river damp turns to black ice overnight. Snow here often comes wet and heavy, the kind that packs solid at the foot of a drive when the county truck goes past. Getting it moved early, before it sets up, is half the craft. By the time the town is up, the walks are passable and every drive is open to the street.
