About McFadden's Property Maintenance

Midday in Marengo Township the heat sits on the blacktop, and the only shade for half a mile is a fencerow of box elder. McFadden's Property Maintenance keeps lawns going through that — mowing on a set schedule, trimming and edging around posts, walks and foundation beds. Calhoun County summers swing from soaking to bone dry, so a route out here is really a running read of how fast the grass is coming. Cleanups in spring and fall round out the year, lifting leaves and winter debris off the turf so it comes back even. A finished yard on one of these back roads catches the eye from a long way off, and that is the whole reward.
