About Wood's Lawn Care & Property Management Services

The Irish Hills pile up around Devils Lake in short steep rolls, and plenty of the lawns here tilt straight down toward the water. Wood's Lawn Care & Property Management Services takes that terrain through the warm months — cutting on the slopes, trimming the awkward corners, edging along drives and walks, cleanups in April and October — then takes the same slopes in winter, plowing, shoveling and treating ice on driveways that never lie flat. Lake air keeps the grass growing later here than up on the open farmland. In January the water goes still and white, and the job becomes getting people safely out to the road. Both halves of the year ask the same thing: care with ground that does not make it easy.
