Roperti's Lawn Care & Snow

About Roperti's Lawn Care & Snow

November in Livonia is the changeover month — one week the mower is still needed, the next the ground is stiff at sunrise and the blade goes on the truck. Roperti's Lawn Care & Snow lives on both sides of that line, running mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, seeding and leaf cleanups right through the last warm stretch, then plowing, hand-clearing the steps and walks, and salting once the cold sets its hooks. It suits a place laid out in section-line roads and long straight lots, where one route works in either season. There is craft in the handoff: a yard put to bed properly in November comes back faster in April. And a driveway cleared while the neighborhood is still dark makes the whole winter feel shorter.
