About Rockin Rick Co

At three in the morning Seven Mile belongs to the streetlights and the plow trucks, and Livonia is as quiet as a city of ninety-odd thousand ever gets. Rockin Rick Co runs those hours — driveways plowed to the blacktop, walkways and steps shoveled clear, salt down where meltwater will run and refreeze before sunrise. Storms come across the state with no particular manners, and the ones that arrive between midnight and dawn decide how a Tuesday goes for an entire street. Getting ahead of that is the job: cut it while it is loose, come back if it keeps coming. By the time the coffee is on, the drive is a rectangle of clean pavement and the day starts on time.
