About Nick's Lawn Care, LLC

July storms in Wayne County announce themselves from the west — the sky over the Jeffries goes the color of a nickel, the cicadas cut out, and twenty minutes later the lawns have taken an inch. Nick's Lawn Care, LLC runs its Livonia route around that weather rather than against it, mowing when the turf can take a wheel, trimming and edging after, blowing the clippings off the drives so nothing tracks inside. Heat here is humid and stubborn, so cut height goes up in August and the fertilizing and seeding wait for cooler ground. Weekly visits mean a yard never gets far enough ahead to need rescuing. The best part of the job is pulling away from a property that looks like nobody had to work at it.
