Little Traverse Tree Service

About Little Traverse Tree Service

Up on the bluffs, the hardwoods facing Little Traverse Bay grow with a lean in them, shaped by every north wind that has ever crossed that water. Little Traverse Tree Service works among those cedars and birches and old sugar maples, taking down what has come to the end of its standing and shaping what still has room to grow. Pruning here is a matter of reading the lean before the saw ever touches bark. After a November gale drags limbs across a two-track or a lakeside drive, the crew is out with the storm damage cleanup, stacking, hauling, putting the needles back where they belong. By the time the bay goes gray-green and flat again, the yard looks like nothing ever happened there.
