Billy's Tree Service L.L.C.

About Billy's Tree Service L.L.C.

The sun comes up out of Lake Huron at Lexington, straight over the harbor and on up the streets past the shops, and any tree with a view of that water has spent its whole life bracing against onshore wind. Billy's Tree Service L.L.C. works the shore lots and the farms behind them, from the village out toward Croswell and Port Sanilac. Removals take the ones the lake finally beat — a dead ash, a hollow maple leaning at the house — brought down in controlled sections. Trimming and pruning shape a crown so the wind slips through instead of catching, and open a little sky over the lawn. After a gale, they clear the fallen wood, cut the hangers loose, and leave the yard ready for the next quiet morning.
