About Legend Tree Service LLC

The Flint River slides quietly past Lapeer, under the bridges and behind the old courthouse square, and the town has held onto a good many of the big trees it started with. Legend Tree Service LLC works those streets along with the farm lots out toward Metamora and Columbiaville, where hedgerows of ash and hickory line the section roads. Spring is for pruning — cutting out winter breakage and shaping crowns while the buds are still tight. Removals come down over gardens, roofs and driveways on rigging that keeps the drop area small, and trimming pulls a canopy back from the wires. When a storm crosses the county, the job is limbs off the yard, brush chipped, and the ground swept before the trucks pull out.
