About Lapeer Property Services

Along the I-69 corridor the properties are working ones: small shops, offices, rentals and lots that have to look ready at eight on a Monday. Lapeer Property Services keeps that side of town in order, with mowing, trimming and grounds upkeep through the growing months and plowing and clearing of drives and lots once winter closes in. The calendar never really stops here, since one week is a string trimmer and another is a pass at four in the morning ahead of the first shift. Tenants and customers rarely think about the ground they walk across, and that is the sign it has been handled. Steady hands on the whole property, all twelve months.
