About CJD LAWN CARE

By the second week of August the hayfields around Lapeer have gone gold and the lawns in town are asking for mercy. CJD LAWN CARE answers with the deck raised, the blades sharp and the passes slowed down, because heat-stressed turf forgives a high cut and very little else. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup carry on right through the dry stretch until the September rains bring the color back almost overnight. There is a particular pride in a yard that comes through a Michigan August still standing. Week by week, corner by corner, that is the work here.
