B.C. Lawn Care & Landscaping

About B.C. Lawn Care & Landscaping

Before the shops open on Nepessing Street the walks have to be clear, and in January that means being out while the streetlights are still doing all the work. B.C. Lawn Care & Landscaping plows and shovels through the cold half of the year, taking drives, lots and the awkward alley aprons behind the buildings, then trades the blade for mowers once the salt washes off in April. Landscaping fills the middle of the year, with beds shaped, borders held and shrubs kept to their outlines. Michigan freeze and thaw is hard on edges, which is exactly why the edges get the attention. A cleared lot at seven in the morning and a cut lawn on a Friday afternoon are the same job seen in two different lights.
