Angle Mowing

About Angle Mowing

Downtown Lapeer sits a few degrees off the farm grid, so lots come out in wedges and long triangles and the corners never quite square up. Angle Mowing likes that about the place, since mowing, trimming and edging are finally a matter of finding the line a piece of ground wants and then holding it. A wedge of turf behind a curb cut can look as good as an acre if the passes are laid out right. There is a real satisfaction in stepping back at the end and seeing stripes run parallel to a street that runs parallel to nothing. Lapeer yards, odd shapes included, cut and finished to the last point.
