About Carter's Landscaping & Dumpster Rental

February in St. Clair County is a long gray sentence, and the only punctuation is the sound of a blade on a gravel drive. Carter's Landscaping & Dumpster Rental spends it clearing snow across Kimball Township — driveways and parking areas pushed back to the edges, walkways opened, salt worked into the spots that glaze over every night. Gravel takes a different touch than concrete; the blade rides higher and the banks go somewhere they will not creep back from. Out here the wind off the open fields can undo a morning's work by afternoon, so it gets done again. Snow work for houses, shops and shared drives from Wadhams to Smiths Creek.
