About Comstock Turf LLC

Kent City sits up on the Fruit Ridge, high ground where the apple rows run out to the skyline and the air keeps moving even in August. Comstock Turf LLC works the lawns among those orchards — mowing, trimming and edging through a season that opens with blossom drift on the grass and closes with cider in the wind. Sandy ridge soil drains fast, so reading the weather into the timing of a cut is half the skill. A lawn kept even and edged sharp holds its own against all that orchard geometry, and it ought to. Long rows, straight lines, and a landscape that has always liked both.
