Perkins Lawn Care

About Perkins Lawn Care

East of town, out where Gull Road runs toward the river flats past Comstock, the first frost usually shows as a white rind on the low ground while the ridges above stay green another week. Perkins Lawn Care works that whole seam of Kalamazoo, mowing and edging straight through to the last good week of the season. There is a particular pride in a late-fall lawn: short, even, put away properly for the year. Not long after, the plow goes on the front and those same driveways get opened before daylight. Lawn care in the growing season, snow removal once the ground turns hard.
