About Hal’s Lawn Care & Snow Removal LLC

South of the city the roads run straight between fields, past Schoolcraft and down toward Vicksburg, and a house out there is its own small island of lawn. Hal's Lawn Care & Snow Removal LLC keeps those islands trim all summer — mowing, trimming around posts and the mailbox, edging where the drive meets the grass. Come winter the same long driveways drift over, and the work turns to plowing them open, shoveling the walks and putting salt where ice sets up hard. Country snow blows back in nearly as fast as you move it, which is simply part of the arrangement out here. The measure of a good winter morning is a clear lane running all the way to the road.
