About Summit Lawn and Recreation

Summer nights in Jackson belong to the Cascades, the lighted falls in Sparks Foundation County Park that tumble down the hillside in shifting colors while families spread blankets on the grass. Summit Lawn and Recreation looks after the grass closer to home, mowing and trimming lawns across the city through the long warm stretch of the year. A Jackson lawn in July can go from neat to unruly in one week of rain and heat, so a set rotation of visits does much of the heavy lifting. The finish is the part worth pointing to: clippings off the driveway, straight lines at the walk, the whole yard reading as one even green. It is the sort of lawn you would happily lay a blanket on yourself.
